Non-naïve
DRAFT
To do something non-naïvely means to take the time to solve it the right way.
This often means making changes at all levels of the Shearing layers at once.
Allowing for the change to take time; to have non-naïve interactions that actually build trust, competence, and safety over time; and to emerge as something non-naïve, something that will only happen if the fundamentals are there.[^1]
(Note to self: I used “non-naïve three times in a sentence trying to explain non-naïve, and each time in a different way. This is probably not a good thing.”)
